we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple software development teams across enterprise applications
- Oversee the full software development life-cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Building robust, custom business applications from the ground-up/scratch
- Collaborate with program area stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into technical solutions
- Provide hands-on technical guidance in various technologies such as .NET and relational SQL databases
- Experience building and leading development of ETL, data-centralization for reporting consumption
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with contracted development resources
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews and best practices
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
Mandatory Skills:
- 10 years of experience in Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle.
- 10 years of strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- 10 years of excellent, effective communication with customers and teams (verbal and written).
- 5 years of estimating work with accurate timelines and resource requirements.
- 5 years of experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- 5 years of proficiency in ETL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
- 5 years of proven experience managing both full-time and contract developers.
- 5 years of familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Bit Bucket).
- 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing enterprise development teams.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong, experienced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Desirable Skills:
- 5 years of experience with government or education enterprise solutions.
- 3 years of experience with Blazor Server, Blazor WSM.
- 2 years of experience with Power BI.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in government or education industries
- Understanding of cloud platforms, including but not limited to Power BI
