Network Lead

6 months contract to hire

Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.

Experience managing VMware environments.

1. Wireless/networking
2. ISE, Cisco FW security expertise
3. ep Hands-On Enterprise Network & Wireless Expertise
4. Strong, current hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN and enterprise wireless environments
5. Proven ability to handle day-to-day operations, escalations, MACs, site integrations, and lifecycle refreshes
6. Solid RF and wireless troubleshooting skills in large, distributed environments
7. Strong Cisco-Centric Background in a Global Environment
8. Extensive experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless in a large-scale, multi-site, multi-country enterprise
9. Comfort owning the network end-to-end, including hardware refreshes, WAN technologies, and monitoring/alerting
10. Experience supporting hundreds of locations is key
11. Player/Coach Leadership Capability
12. Ability to lead while remaining hands-on this is not a pure people manager
13. Experience acting as a technical escalation point, mentoring engineers, and setting priorities/best practices
14. Comfortable taking full ownership of the network function and guiding long-term direction once onboarded.
15. $70-$72/hour W2/ $130K+ salary
