Job Title: Lead or Senior ServiceNow (SNOW) Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months contract to hire.
Skills: ITSM, ITOM
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years working on ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and development.
- Proven expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules, including advanced configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), UI policies/actions, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB design and management, Discovery probes/sensors, and Service Mapping patterns.
- Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud providers, and enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and their practical application within ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing high-availability, scalable ServiceNow architectures in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Educational Qualifications:
- Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
- Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
