A leading global enterprise is seeking a Lead Java Engineer to drive the design and deployment of modern microservices and APIs supporting customer data solutions. As a technical lead, you ll play a pivotal role in building mid-layer services that are vital for both internal teams and external integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate and lead all Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and resource requirementsProvide hands-on development and architectural input for scalable Java-based solutionsEnsure high-quality code delivery including proper unit and integration testingLead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and deployment best practicesMentor and guide junior developers and act as a subject matter expertRecommend and implement new tools and frameworks aligned with business needsMust-Have Skills:
7+ years experience with Java 8+5+ years with Spring Boot4+ years with Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)4+ years experience with AWS or AzureStrong understanding of Microservices architecture & REST APIs4+ years with Test automation tools (JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, etc.)4+ years working in Agile/Scrum teams2+ years in technical or team lead rolesNice-to-Have Skills:
