Position Overview
This role sits within Client, partnering closely with Behavioral Health (BH) and NaviHealth Care Transitions. The primary responsibility is to support these lines of business (LOBs) and manage communication template migrations, particularly for Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Interactive and Quadient platforms (experience with both is required).
- Collaborate with project managers, business teams, and technical teams to:
- Understand requirements.
- Define communication templates and associated logic.
- Develop production-ready templates, including:
- Variations and branding (logos).
- Data mapping: Understand source system data and how it correlates with communications.
- Build and maintain templates in Interactive:
- Consolidate multiple templates into a single base template.
- Implement rules and logic for dynamic content.
- Support testing activities:
- Answer questions related to template builds.
- Make necessary adjustments based on test results.
Types of Communications
- Behavioral Health (BH): Member and provider communications.
- Care Transitions: Member communications only (non-marketing).
Tools & Platforms
- Interactive / Quadient: Core platforms for template development.
- Workfront: Used for tracking progress (experience is a plus).
- Salesforce: Currently being sunset; may require limited collaboration.
Additional Details
- No coding required.
- Healthcare experience is helpful.
- Involves migration of communications from one platform to another, requiring strong understanding of end-to-end process.
What This Role Is NOT
- No direct work in Designer or automation development (handled by developers).
- No access to Designer; focus is on content and logic within Interactive templates.
