Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.

Position Details
- Location: Greater Ashburn, VA
- Type: Contract-based (long-term opportunities available)
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience
- Shifts: Must be open to all shifts (days, nights, weekends)
What You'll Do
- Install and terminate network cabling (Jacks, RJ45s) with precision.
- Work with fiber optics (experience preferred).
- Read and follow color codes accurately.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 20 ft, and working in confined spaces.
- Maintain consistent, on-time attendance and uphold safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in hyperscale data center or commercial environments preferred.
- Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.
- Proactive, dependable, and efficient time management.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules across all shifts.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
