Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce.com Administrator/Configurator with extensive experience in Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of business acumen and technical expertise, enabling them to translate business requirements into innovative Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business and Domain Knowledge: Leverage deep understanding of business processes and domain expertise to optimize Salesforce configurations.
- Configuration Expertise: Manage all aspects of Salesforce configuration, including:
- Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules
- Formula Fields, Flows
- Reports and Dashboards
- Email to Case, Dependent Picklists
- Case Management, Page Layouts
- Data Prefill Capabilities
- Solution Development: Translate business requirements into advanced Salesforce solutions to maximize the investment in Salesforce.
MVP Features Implementation:

- Automate case creation from emails (Email to Case).
- Automatically update cases after email responses.
- Auto-populate case fields based on related policy and contact information.
- Create filtered views for case allocation instead of queues.
- Develop email automation flows for case closure and other criteria.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards.
- Implement multi-level dependent picklists.
- Transition existing data into new case management systems.
- Ensure a seamless mobile experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of advanced Salesforce.com experience, particularly with Service Cloud.
- Strong configuration background in Salesforce with a business-minded and highly analytical approach.
- Proven expertise in various aspects of Salesforce configuration.
