Role: Scrum Master

Irving , TX Onsite Role

W2 contract position

JD:

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clear, prioritized user stories.

  • Remove impediments and blockers to maintain delivery momentum.

  • Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

  • Promote Agile values and practices, coaching the team to continuously improve their processes.

  • Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress) to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
