Engineering and Solutions Director
Key Role:

Act as an Account CTO to lead technical innovation, differentiation and strategy, to include creation and execution of technology roadmaps and strategies for priority mission delivery of cyber solutions across major DoD programs. Bring deep domain expertise and customer understanding focused on digital modernization technologies, including AI, Cloud, Data, Cyber, Network and operator and end-user capabilities to help drive immediate and long-range solutions for existing and new delivery of warfighter solutions. Lead technical visioning and consensus across multiple organizations within the government or a commercial company.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience leading Cyber and Digital technical and programmatic vision, architecture, and solutions development of full spectrum solutions for the DoD, USCYBERCOM, or IC community
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise software development programs, including the development of high availability infrastructure systems
  • Experience with model-based systems design and integration with large systems
  • Experience with leading SAFE Agile delivery of solutions supporting major programs with a focus on multi stakeholder requirements and fast turn delivery of capabilities for the warfighter
  • Experience leading innovation focused on designing prototypes, pilots or strategic technical partnerships to develop solutions for clients
  • Experience leading innovation for modernization of systems, acceleration of technologies and the imbedding of dual use technologies for solutions and AI enablement of capabilities
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience participating as an industry contributor and recognition as a thought leader in the field of Cyber Capabilities to support the Warfighter
  • Experience in RF Enabled Cyber and EW capabilities, Tactical Edge Infrastructure solutions, and enterprise solutions
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Possession of excellent leadership skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred
  • Master's degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
