Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical models and prediction systems to optimize business communication strategies and operational efficiencies.
  • Utilize Machine Learning and AI to explore rich customer and omnichannel data assets to create solutions that personalize guest experiences for a loyalty base of 45M+ members.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, clearly explaining complex analytical approaches and model results to diverse internal stakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in analytical functions, with a preference for marketing analytics use cases.
  • Proven fluency in Python and scientific-related frameworks (Scikit Learn, NumPy, SciPy) and expertise in SQL for data mining and feature extraction.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, statistical inference).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms and with designing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
