We are urgently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect for an onsite role in Plano, Texas. This position requires a strong architect with hands-on expertise who can lead solution design and work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural direction
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Hands-on work with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio
Design and manage integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and external systems
Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, performance, and scalability
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Strong hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
Experience with AMPscript, SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP)
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect
Strong understanding of data extensions, subscriber models, and preference centers
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX and attend in-person interviews
