Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct system analysis to identify gaps, propose solutions, and define system requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with development teams to implement system enhancements.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of business applications.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business systems.
