Your Role:
In this role you will be utilizing your manufacturing expertise and strong data analysis skills to drive intelligent growth at the Jaffrey site. You will be a key team member in executing critical change projects, maximizing both our short-term and long-term output, and managing daily Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) maintenance tasks to better supply our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Create and maintain item attributes, BOMs, routings, labor standards, lead times, yields and cost for new and existing products/sub-assemblies.
  • Create, manage, and update manufacturing capacity models.
  • Present clear and concise capacity analyses based on the latest demand forecasts.
  • Administer the SAP New Product Data Introduction (NPDI) process.
  • Conduct manufacturing cost analyses, comparisons, and what-if scenarios.
  • Process and coordinate custom order requests (COR).
  • Manage changes and updates through quality management and change control systems.
  • Conduct manufacturing time studies to support capacity modelling and operational excellence needs.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other Engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with Oracle or SAP.
  • Masters Degree in Engineering.
