Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Requirements Analyst to join our team in Moline, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in gathering and analyzing requirements while driving small-scale projects to successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, collect, and analyze business requirements.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives.
Lead and manage small-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Document and maintain detailed records of requirements, processes, and project progress.
Evaluate enterprise infrastructure needs and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor project milestones and address potential risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
Support quality assurance efforts by validating requirements and ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management and requirements analysis.
Strong skills in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and related processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and propose effective solutions.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and maintaining organized records.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
