Project Scope:
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Security Systems Support Specialist to support security installations and system operations across our Distribution Center (DC) environments. This remote role will also provide technical assistance to field technicians, ensuring the optimal performance of loss prevention and security devices across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate security system installations within Distribution Centers, ensuring alignment with loss prevention standards.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to field technicians for issues related to CCTV, access control, alarms, and other field-deployed security devices.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT, and LP leadership to resolve installation and system issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, device inventories, and support actions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of security technology upgrades or rollouts.
- Travel to sites as required for on-site support, testing, or system validation.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, physical security systems, or technical support.
- Working knowledge of security devices such as CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, etc.
- Experience supporting or coordinating security system installations or maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a distribution center, warehouse, or retail operations environment.
- Familiarity with remote support platforms and ticketing systems.
- Certifications in physical security systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, or similar) are a plus.
