Job Details
Act as the primary liaison between Finance users and the IT team for D365 Finance-related matters.
Analyze and document business processes and functional requirements, translating them into D365 configurations or change requests.
Support key modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
Participate in system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, upgrades, and integrations.
Ensure alignment of the D365 system with public-sector financial standards and FTA regulations.
Assist with troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Develop and deliver training and documentation for end users, ensuring adoption and proper use of the system.
Collaborate on report development using Power BI, SSRS, or embedded D365 reporting tools.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing system documentation, data extracts, and process explanations.
Monitor system performance, financial data quality, and compliance with internal controls.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to finance and enterprise systems.
