Data Architect

Required Skills:

• At least 8+ years of experience working with BI (especially PowerBI)
• At least 6+ years of developing/integrating with Salesforce and comfortable developing + troubleshooting all kinds of solutions/problems i.e., custom Salesforce components/flows, BI dashboards, process automation, data science models, etc.
• Developing process automation to solve key business problems (tax doc ID extraction + file sorting)
• Architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions with multiple technologies (not just PowerBI), creating ML algorithms that can provide tangible predictive value to the business (like the client attrition model), assisting with solving Salesforce problems (and even designing a custom SF component)
• Work autonomously without need for technical supervision, functioning as BI technical lead + Solutions Architect (including, but not limited to BI solutions) Knowledge (and experience with implementation) of cloud platforms like Azure and how their services can be applied to our business
• Demonstrated strategic thinking for design and implementation of BI, from architecting master data model, to delivering intuitive + powerful dashboard design with brand new ways to view the business, to designing a new mechanism of delivering to users built + maintained great trust + relationships with senior business partners, by managing expectations, identifying critical needs, and clearly communicating technical concepts Proactive in solutioning and building algorithms.
• Computer Science/Engineering degree and/or Certificates in Data Science and BI, experience developing predictive analytics models etc.
• Salesforce certified a plus
