BDR is seeking a Veteran Service Support Technician to join our growing team! This position will be performed on-site in Golden, Colorado, M-F. This position requires ship with a Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will provide frontline customer service and order management support for Veterans and VA clinics. This role focuses on processing requests for medical and assistive devices, ensuring that Veterans and VA personnel receive timely, accurate, and respectful service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for incoming inquiries from Veterans and clinics.
- Process and monitor orders for medical equipment and supplies such as hearing aids, prosthetic devices, and telehealth equipment.
- Ensure order accuracy, verify shipping information, and confirm patient eligibility.
- Guide the clinician through the remote order entry system.
- Conducting model changes.
- Device registration.
- Making serial number changes.
- Telehealth service entry procedures.
- Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policies.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong orientation towards customer service.
- Experience with report writing and file administration.
- Request appropriate warehouse supplies.
- Experience with timecard administration and scheduling.
- Able to obtain a VA Public Trust clearance.
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
