Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst with strong experience in product management and Adobe platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital product strategy, improving customer experience, and supporting business initiatives across enterprise digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and refine digital product requirements.
Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Analytics, Target, Launch) to track performance and deliver data-driven insights.
Support the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation, launch, and performance optimization.
Develop detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform digital strategy and prioritize features.
Partner with technology teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery aligned with business goals.
Analyze customer journeys and engagement metrics using Adobe Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and product alignment.
5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a digital or enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Launch, or Campaign).
Strong understanding of product management principles and agile development methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Experience in financial services, banking, or digital customer platforms.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for reporting product metrics.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
