Certified Change Manager
Remote - Will be supporting MST hours or CST hours
Top 5 Technical Skills:
- 5 8 years of experience in IT Change Management or IT Service Management within a large, regulated enterprise (preferably in financial services or banking).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale change initiatives, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and security enhancements.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, GitLAB or other ITSM tools.
- Understanding of financial services compliance and cybersecurity principles
Top 3 Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Job Description:
The IT Enterprise Change Manager will oversee and coordinate all enterprise-level technology changes to ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks. This role is responsible for implementing structured change management methodologies, leading change control processes, and ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT change professional with a strong understanding of ITIL practices, governance frameworks, and financial services regulations.
