Job Title: Senior Business Analyst HRIS (Workday/PeopleSoft)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve data conversion and integration issues, ensuring accurate population of data within Workday.
Provide technical support for system enhancements, HR functionality, and integrations.
Deliver Tier-2 support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Document requirements, test scenarios, traceability matrices, and training materials.
Support HR functional areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, or Core HR.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience implementing and administering HRIS.
Strong experience with large-scale HR system integrations.
Proven experience in data validation, conversion, and issue resolution.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and PeopleSoft HCM.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and present findings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Benefits administration experience with multiple integration partners.
Experience supporting HR technology in the public sector.
Prior experience with large data conversion efforts during system migration projects.
