Agile Scrum Master

Description: This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires collaborating with team leaders decisionmakers related to projects or smaller programs. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing issues risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple teams to enable delivery. Drives agile ceremonies including Pre Planning routines, Program Increment Planning Routines, Monitor Backlog health, Agile Release Train Syncs Provides visibility into the Agile team s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders on Tangible Business Outcomes, Metrics and technology Deliverables Manages risk including dependency management, impediment removal and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements

Responsibilities:
Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program.
Ensures execution and delivery meets the client s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost.
Manage financials for the projects, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.
Coordinates and facilitates the project routines -e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
Strong presentation skills - written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with strong time management, information organization change management skills
