Description
Fearless organizer who is ready to work with the highly skilled internal hardware and software design teams to achieve successful studies that meet timelines, data quality requirements, and budget. Drive the day to day study operation, prioritize issues, anticipate risks, assemble mitigation plan, while being in touch with the big picture.
Qualifications:
Experience in Clinical Project Management, supporting large complex projects globally, preferably in APAC
Wearable Device Experience
Experience working in SW development environments
Strong analytical understanding
Experience creating overall study timeline and identifying critical path
Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting at a study level
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Some travel may be required (~10%)
PM skills
Understanding clinical study lifecycle
-coordinating the efforts with the OPM, Field SPS team, as well as with software engineer program managers who are developing the tools
-manage materials procurement for what needs to support the study
-cross functional coordination with data consumers, specific engineering team (algorithm team) needs the data
-this person needs to understand the data needs
-Experience with an environment working with engineering development (testing, dry runs, understand what that means for readiness)
-came up from a start up (ran studies there)
-clinical research manager, more understanding of what needs to come together, to go into execution, had a PHd in Engineering
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
