  • Contract Duration: 2 months
  • Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN | periodic onsite meetings required local candidates only
  • Compensation: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour


What you will do as a Change Management Consultant:

  • Lead change management strategy and execution to ensure successful adoption of new platforms and processes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering alignment and buy-in at all levels
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to identify affected teams, assess change impacts, and guide adoption strategies
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change, communication, and training plans to drive clarity, engagement, and readiness
  • Proactively identify risks to adoption and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success
  • Provide consistent updates and progress reporting, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Collaborate closely with transformation, PMO, and change teams to deliver a consistent and scalable approach across initiatives
  • Celebrate milestones and successes to reinforce progress and sustainment


What you will bring to the Change Management Consultant role:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in change management with proven, measurable outcomes
  • Expertise leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, particularly within IT environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, connect dots across complex programs, and think creatively to solve challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire adoption across diverse audiences
