Test Technician (3rd Shift)

We're looking for a Systems Test Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll support system testing, failure analysis, and repair activities to ensure quality targets are met and products are delivered on time. You'll work closely with cross-functional production and management teams, playing a key role in testing systems, troubleshooting errors, performing hardware repairs, and driving continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations

• Perform system setup, updates, and verification
• Execute system test scripts and processes
• Identify error codes and troubleshoot system issues to implement corrective actions
• Perform system hardware repairs following proper procedures
• Escalate and resolve issues impacting systems in test, communicating with technicians, leads, and supervisors
• Contribute to process improvements and support 5S initiatives

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks

Comfortable working across engineering and production teams

Clear communicator of technical issues to all levels of staff

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree in IT, Technical School certification, or equivalent experience

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications (preferred but not required)

Experience configuring Microsoft OS (Vista/Win7/Server/Office) and basic Linux required

1+ year of PC hardware or networking experience
