Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation program. This role drives agile practices across cross-functional ERP teams and ensures alignment between Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation program. This role drives agile practices across cross-functional ERP teams and ensures alignment between Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for 1 2 SAP-focused teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and SAP consultants on backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, blockers, and risks.
- Support Agile metrics, reporting, and PI Planning.
- Bridge Agile and PMO processes for hybrid delivery.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $95.00-$100.00 per hour.
