IT Business Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the effective financial and resource management operations of a large technology organization.
Complete Description:
- IT Business Planning Analyst for Digital, Sales & Service organization will be focused on critical financial and resource management responsibilities (both Project and Non-Project related) including and not limited to the following duties.
- The resource will be expected to partner across teams and manage the end-to-end processes related to these duties.

- Contract Submission
- Finance Team Coordination
- Vendor Coordination
- Third-Party Risk Management Coordination (e.g., initiating Vendor Risk Assessments)
- Contract Review Team Coordination
- Business Team Coordination
- Processing Invoices for Payment Approval
- Invoice Correction
- Invoice Reconciliation
- Tracking project and BAU financials (labor and non-labor)
- Producing financial forecasting
- Booking accurate financial accruals
- Processing Coupa Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders
- Year End Contract and Resource System Extension
- Tracking CapEx-OpEx actuals to forecast; investigating and resolving variances
- Time sheet compliance analysis and follow up with time reporters
