Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to join our team and take charge of a critical SAP ERP transformational initiative. This is a strategic, high-priority project with minimal room for delays, requiring a seasoned professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology, manage risks effectively, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:

• Manage the SAP ERP transformation initiative, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including finance and technology teams.

PMO Expertise:

• Establish and maintain robust project governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

SAP Subject Matter Expertise:

• Leverage deep knowledge of SAP implementation processes, including identifying potential risks, challenges, and common pitfalls.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices to ensure a successful deployment.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Serve as a strong communicator and business-facing leader, effectively interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate challenges and risks in a balanced manner to foster collaboration and drive success.
• Build consensus and ensure buy-in from all stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Promote a solution-oriented approach to challenges, avoiding blame and focusing on outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale complex ERP transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP implementation, including understanding of associated risks, challenges, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with business and technology teams.
• Ability to present risks and challenges in a collaborative manner.
• Strong sense of teamwork and solution-driven outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
