Invoice Quality Assurance (IQA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Dealing with contractor interaction 1 on 1 over MSTeams
* Conversing through email
* Ensuring they are invoicing per their executed agreement with Tesla
* Ensuring all documentation is there and completed directly
* Educating contractors on means and methods to invoice
* There is a portal that they will use to get their invoices uploaded
* Approving and rejecting these based on contracts
* These are individual folks meeting with; Example, an electrical contractor is invoicing for T&M and have tickets signed by an internal person, need to know how this is broken up by materials, T&M, etc.; Are these for the cable trays, or cables, then fill out for the PO correctly

REQUIREMENTS:
* Contract knowledge
* Contractor invoice review experience
* Construction processes
* Invoicing documents knowledge - AIA 702, 703, Sworn Statement, & Waivers
* Contractor interaction experience
* Strong communication skills in training and explaining processes and procedures
* MEP knowledge as a whole for working with these contractors

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
