Job Title: Senior Java Backend Engineer (Java + Spark)
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java + Spark Engineer to support large-scale fintech systems in a high-performance engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Java-based backend services
Build and optimize Spark-based data pipelines
Work with distributed systems and large datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup
Requirements:
Strong Java backend experience
Hands-on Apache Spark
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills
