AI ML Engineer, CCaaS
Location: Remote or Miramar, FL (onsite 3 days)
Duration: 6 Months CTH

Required Skills:
- Experience with CCaaS and MS Copilot Studio
- Best-fit ML algorithms and technologies
- Experience in AI, Python programming, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM and RAG
- Experience in working with API services
- Flask or Fast API
- DevOps tools including Docker, K8s or GitLab
- 7+ years' experience in Data Science and AI
- 5+ years of experience with ML Engineering and/or ML Ops.
