Duration of project: July 2025 to Mar 2026
**This is a 40hr/week role, but the K must be OK with certain weeks having reduced hours (16-20). This was explained to likely happened after a month or two on the job, and then occasionally 1-2 weeks per month through the end of the project in March.

Worksite Address: ASRC (American Synthetic Rubber Company) - 4500 Camp Ground Road, Louisville, KY 40216 This is Michelin's oldest US Facility (built in 1940s)

*This is a different project than the recent CHESS (roof replacement) one this is simply a new 4000 Sq Ft building that's going up at the same location (A Welcome Center)


Position overview:
There is a Need for a "Project Manager" (Contracted) who can handle:

1. Building construction. We need to build a 4000 Sq ft building with one floor.
2. Adding Meters (Instruments) to Process lines like Steam, compressed air, etc.
3. Upgrading a security system at the site level.
4. Some minor small projects


Mission
Lead a project to reach the objectives set by the Project Sponsor and the steering committee, following their orientations and respecting the Group Project Approach.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• The framework of the Project or Program (including resources definition) is consistent with the objectives assigned by the sponsor and the steering committee.
• To lead the project, one of the Group project approaches is applied and the appropriated standards are respected (Project sheet, compass, governance, budget management, milestone checklists, GPS ).
• CdC requirements are satisfied, respecting the 3 components of Quality/Cost/Timing.
• The project team is managed in accordance with the Group's management orientations (including transversal management).
• Change Management is taken into account and produces the expected results.
