Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required Skills & Abilities:
A polished portfolio of short-form social content examples (any TikTok series, IG Reels, etc. would be a plus!)
Master at Editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, other video editing programs)
Strong knowledge of social platform trends and video best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role-ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space

Role:
We're looking for a creative and agile Videographer & Editor to join our growing Social Media and Content team. This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling, videography and editing skills. You are experienced with technical camera/filming gear and editing software. You'll play a key role in capturing, editing, and producing content across Instagram and TikTok, as well as other channels that we are ramping up.

Responsibilities:
Capture Social Content: Shoot, edit and produce social-first content for Instagram and TikTok, in addition to emerging platforms
Elevated Visual Style: Confidently capture short-form video and the occasional photo with polished, elevated, and brand-right aesthetic that is social-first.
Video-Editing Expertise: Must have strong technical skills in editing content, sound mixing, understanding pacing, story arcs, and platform best practices. Experience with color-correction is also ideal. Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment.
Bonus Skill - Graphic Design: A background in graphic design to create motion graphics is a strong plus, especially for branded overlays.
Influencer & Paid Edits: Support in cleaning up / re-editing influencer content and videos developed specifically for both owned organic and paid media channels.
Collaborative Content Ideation: Partner with our internal Creative team as well as cross-functional Social Marketing partners to execute in-season content
