JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide leadership to evolve the customer experience to world class level. Manage, direct and drive Sales Operations and Order Fulfillment processes and programs, focused on revenue generation for the business. Provide operational support to the sales managers, regional sales managers and account managers in maximizing revenue through consistent and accurate customer communication and information. Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Engineering, Product teams, and Supply Chain individuals focused on customer product setup, with an emphasis on compliance needs of respective customers and regions. Work with new/existing customers on their requirements to conduct business with Corsair. Utilize information as a competitive advantage for Sales. Identify and implement processes to increase customer sales through collaboration and operational execution by linking customer requirements with Corsair supply chain execution.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Maintain product sales database itemizing regulatory and trade regulations, documentation requirements, environmental by customer's target sell country and/or marketplaces.
  • Utilize information to support Sales team in ordering patterns, ordering cadence, and use share information with internal and external departments with goal of maximizing revenue.
  • Perform sales analytics and performance measurement reporting against key performance indicators for existing customers.
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Aligns reporting, training, and operational metrics with these performance management priorities.
  • Provide leadership to assure alignment, teamwork and transparency across departments. Liaises with sales, channel marketing, engineering, legal, IT, and supply chain.
  • Apply project management concepts when working with the Information Systems team to define and implement processes which will efficiently maximize orders placement.
  • Implement process improvements to support business growth and scalability; collaborate with other functional areas where needed to ensure processes are holistic.
  • Partner with customers on supply chain initiatives that will improve end-to-end performance.
We seek an individual with a successful track record who must be comfortable with a fast paced and changing environment. The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant, progressive sales operations, supply chain management, order management, and analytical/information with a manufacturing/product oriented company.
  • BS, BA (or equivalent) from accredited university.
  • Good understanding of Systems infrastructure around customer/product setup.
  • Extensive experience working with MS Office Suite; proficientin Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, Visio). Creation of PowerBI to streamline information for decision making.
  • Knowledge of Logistic Networks and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in sales operations or sales management, including strategic sales planning, execution and continuous improvement.
  • Both results-oriented and collaborative, able to work independently and also function well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work cross functionally at both senior and individual contributor levels.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to research, resolve and close inquiries and issues expeditiously.
  • Strong project management and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

Role is based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $110,000 - $135,000 USD
