Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves analyzing business processes to align with organizational needs, implementing Oracle-based solutions, and providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, playing a crucial role in the hands-on implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle systems across various operational sectors. This position requires extensive travel and offers the opportunity to significantly impact operational efficiencies and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and effectively translate them into functional Oracle application solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle applications, ensuring they meet intricate business process requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test customizations, extensions, and reports.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user training and ongoing support, enhancing the effective utilization of Oracle systems.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis to align business needs with Oracle capabilities.
  • Guide team members on functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Engage in all phases of project planning, implementation, and post-go-live support, ensuring seamless transitions and system functionality.
  • Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot system problems, and provide strategic guidance on Oracle best practices and updates.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Oracle systems.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Oracle applications and ability to manage full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business processes into system requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex functional issues.
  • Ability to provide high-quality training and support to end-users.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and follow-up.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by the project demands.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle or related fields are highly advantageous.
