The Molecular Biology Department at the firm is seeking a Research Associate to assist with the development and optimization of the firm's nucleic acid therapeutics including the company's individualized Neoantigen Specific immunotherapy (iNeST) platform.

Responsibilities :
The Molecular Biology Department at the firm is seeking a Research Associate to assist with the development and optimization of the firm's nucleic acid therapeutics including the company's individualized Neoantigen Specific immunotherapy (iNeST) platform.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for the design, generation, archiving, and distribution of RNA-based reagents to support fast-paced, pre-clinical studies.
- The candidate is expected to adapt to evolving project needs and work effectively in both independent and team based research environments.
- Meticulous record keeping and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate across a cross-functional team.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Molecular biology-related field with 2+ years of laboratory research experience.
- Strongest consideration will be given to candidates with expertise in molecular cloning, nucleic acid chemistry, in vitro transcription, mRNA analytics, protein expression analysis, and basic cell culture.
- Ideal candidates will also have a firm understanding of immunology, manipulation of immune cells, and molecular biology/data analysis software (Benchling, SnapGene, DNAStar, Microsoft Excel macros, etc).
