Role: Mobile Architect - React Native

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Customer Experience Architect to lead our work with a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) client. Your main job will be to improve the digital experience for customers across websites, mobile websites, mobile apps, and backend systems.
We d love someone who knows React Native, ReactJS, and mobile app development very well. Experience in the QSR industry is a big plus. You ll design and improve big, high-traffic digital systems, work with modern technologies, and make sure users have a great experience. You ll also work closely with different teams and help solve technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of digital experiences for web, mobile web, and mobile apps. Use React Native and ReactJS to create smooth and seamless user experiences.
Oversee how backend services are built and connected to digital platforms.
Work with teams like marketing, IT, and customer service to make sure solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
Build strong, scalable, and high-performing systems for web and mobile apps.
Guide and mentor developers on technical matters.
Research new technologies and suggest ways to improve digital platforms.
Monitor systems to keep them fast, reliable, and user-friendly.
