Job Summary
The IT Architect will supervise, guide, and instruct subordinate staff while assisting in planning and scheduling team resources. This role is responsible for project leadership, coordination, and delivery of IT solutions. The candidate will analyze and implement solutions to technical problems, oversee integrated systems, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and provide system support, installation, and user training. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing project plans, managing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Supervise and assign work to subordinate team members.
Plan, schedule, and track team resources and project deliverables.
Provide status reporting and ensure completion of required project documentation.
Lead project efforts, ensuring integration and system integrity.
Act as a liaison between Information Services, users, and third-party vendors.
Support system installations and provide user training.
Develop, control, and manage project schedules and deliverables.
Participate in software development, systems analysis, and design.
Implement solutions to resolve technical issues across projects.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in system analysis, design, development, and relationship management.
Technical Skills
Software Development: Strong knowledge of principles, methodologies, and ability to work across multiple platforms.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages for solution design and decision-making.
Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Databases: Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling.
DevOps & CI/CD: Understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Security Principles: Ability to design secure and compliant systems.
Architectural Styles & Patterns: Expertise in microservices, monolithic, client-server, and design patterns.
Test Automation Tools: Proficiency in tools to ensure software quality.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
