Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
6 years of experience delivering solutions using Agile or Scrum methodology.
6 years of experience collaborating with architects, service delivery managers, and project managers on SailPoint IdentityIQ deployment plans.
4 years of hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and configurations).
4 years of experience with OKTA single sign-on integration.
4 years of experience developing API services for access policies and external application integration.
2 years (preferred) of experience working with Texas State Agencies.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and integration of software solutions with a focus on identity and access management.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on large-scale IT projects, particularly involving SailPoint IdentityIQ, OKTA, and Azure single sign-on integrations.
This role involves close collaboration with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to ensure seamless implementation and support of IAM solutions.
The candidate must be self-driven, capable of working independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Research, design, implement, and manage software programs and integrations.
Test and evaluate new software programs and features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.
Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations including workflows, rules, connectors, and policies.
Integrate and support single sign-on (SSO) solutions using OKTA and Azure.
Develop APIs to manage access policies and integrate with external applications.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with architects, project managers, and service delivery teams.
