Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Should already have experience empanelling with direct clients
    • Should posses contacts to get empaneled soon after hiring with Implementation partners like TCS, HCL, LTI Mindtree, Cap Gemeini, Cognizant, Genpact etc.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing market.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and close deals.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet client staffing needs.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Manage the sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Communication and Presentation:
    • Effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the IT staffing market, including current trends, key players, and client needs.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong sales and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
