Description

We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in Macon, Georgia. This contract is ideal for someone who excels at resolving technical challenges and enjoys communicating complex information in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences. Responsibilities:

Deliver desktop support services in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

Maintain detailed records of daily data communication activities, including issues encountered and solutions implemented.

Diagnose and resolve computer-related problems while recommending effective solutions.

Communicate regularly with users to address and resolve submitted support tickets.

Coordinate hardware repairs with external vendors to ensure timely resolution.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and peripherals.

Provide assistance on a range of hardware and software issues by analyzing and resolving technical problems.

Support and administer Office 365 applications to enhance user productivity.

Utilize Active Directory for user account management and system administration.

Perform basic network troubleshooting to address connectivity and performance issues.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working in a Windows environment.
Proficiency in basic network troubleshooting techniques.
Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and support.
Familiarity with Active Directory for account and system management.
Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Detail-oriented approach to documenting support activities within ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent industry certifications.
