Job Title: Senior EPM Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Contract
Work Mode- Remote

We are seeking an experienced EPM Solution Architect with a strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud suite products. Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance on EPM Cloud products capabilities, advising on best practices and possesses deep functional knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, DM, ePBCS, EDMCS) solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
  • Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals
  • Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the finance teams, in the implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
  • Incorporate best practices in planning and building planning applications for business rules, loading data to set up planning scenarios.
  • Lead Testing and Training activities with the finance user group
  • Establish milestones, delivery dates, and review deliverables to ensure they meet finance team's acceptance criteria.
  • Required Skills:
  • 15+ years professional experience in the IT / consulting industry
  • 12+ years focused on EPM
  • Experience with the functional and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) suite products: application design, development of various application artifacts such as forms and rules, testing, troubleshooting (working in conjunction with Oracle Support as needed), pre- and post-implementation activities
  • Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the following modules:
  • EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Data Management, DRM
  • Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, and/or PowerShell)
  • Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates must have a degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
  • At least one active cloud certification
  • 6+ years of Financial Planning, Reporting and/or Analysis
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS) at least 2 of these solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
