SAP JVA Functional Consultant (German)
Client: SAP America (Oil & Gas)
Duration: 1 Year+
Location: Remote ( 20% Travel to Hamburg, Germany )
Can be located in any Country globally.
Fluent in German and English.
Project Overview:
Focus on SAP IS-Oil Upstream Finance workstream, and strong in Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), some exposure to Production Sharing Accounting (PSA) is a plus. This role supports an overall SAP JVA/PSA/PRA/GPA implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Client team (German & English speaking ) to deliver the solution.
Work closely with Client stakeholders in Germany, USA, and Latin America.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
Some exposure to support SAP Production Sharing Accounting (PSA) processes, is a plus.
Document the Solution Design for JVA primarily, and PSA if possible.
Build and Test JVA/PSA solutions as part of the broader Finance R2R and Polaris implementation.
Collaborate with related teams (Testing, Data, Training/OCM) to deliver project outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks, including co-engineering opportunities and alignment with SAP product teams.
Support Cutover and Deployment activities for Deployment 2, Release 1 and 2.
Provide post-go-live Hypercare support.
Manage User Stories within the customer s (ADO) Kanban board.
