Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mulesoft Technical Lead with strong integration experience and hands-on expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Mulesoft, Salesforce integrations, and end-to-end system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integration solution design and development using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

  • Drive and implement integrations with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, performance optimization, and best practices guidance.

  • Work independently and as part of a distributed agile team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in integration technologies (Middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft v4.x including:

    • ESB, API Management, Flex Gateway, Anypoint Monitoring

  • Experience deploying MuleSoft solutions on CloudHub and RTF.

  • MuleSoft Developer and Architect Certification (preferred/required).

  • Strong Salesforce integration experience; CPQ integration exposure is a must.

  • Understanding of architectural frameworks including Microservices, SOA, EDA and Cloud Computing.

  • Familiarity with XML, Web Services, WS- specs*, and Java/J2EE.

  • Experience leading integration, BPM, or middleware projects in enterprise environments.

  • Prior consulting or pre-sales experience is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
