We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Technical Producer to join our team for an exciting, large-scale, next-generation project. This role will report to the Senior Producer and serve as a crucial link between creative vision, technical execution, and project timelines.
You will be responsible for defining key deliverables, planning resource allocations, and building achievable schedules to ensure the on-time completion of high-quality game features and content. The ideal candidate has proven experience developing multi-platform, next-gen games, is an exceptional communicator, and possesses a strong desire to continuously improve development processes.

responsibilities:
- Organization, coordination and tracking of multiple disciplines across areas of
- responsibility.
- Communication of project status to Senior, Lead and Executive Producer across all areas of
- responsibility.
- Collaboration with the other discipline leads in the development and optimization of
- work?ow.
- Establish/maintain production/tracking processes to increase efficiency and predictability
- while maintaining a high-quality bar.
- Create and maintain sensible, prioritized project schedules.
- Communicate and coordinate tasking across all technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks.
- Drive delivery of a polished, highly rated game on time and on budget.
qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who is a proven collaborator and organizational leader in game development.
Essential Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience working with internal game development teams.
Strong practical skills and familiarity with JIRA, Excel, MSProject, or equivalent project management software packages.
Demonstrated ability to effectively and constructively partner with a diverse group of personalities and skill sets.
Experience working with large, AAA teams and coordinating distributed/remote development.
Familiarity with various development/production methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience successfully applying them in a production environment.
Desired Qualifications (Pluses)
Multiple shipped products in a production role.
Experience with producing multi-discipline team efforts (e.g., cinematic sequences, core gameplay loops).
Familiarity with QA standards and practices.
