Job Details

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Software Developer in support of the USSOCOM SOCRATES mission. The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that align with business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality applications on time.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and tools.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree //OR// 4 years relevant experience in software development.
  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
  • High proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in software development, to include:
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and data optimization.
    • Experience with object-oriented languages.
  • Familiarity with ESRI products (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, Arc Pro).
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
