UX Designer
Tysons Corner, VA. 4 days a week onsite - Local Candidates Only
W2 Contract
-must have experience designing for commercial, enterprise clients--ideally, they have financial services experience
-ideally this person has salesforce experience & financial services
Sr. UX Designer
-work to supplement an existing robust design system
-Must have experience working with salesforce lightning components or in a Salesforce development environment and or some experience with financial services--even if it's being a bank teller in college or having been a designer at a financial institution
-experience reimagining application workflows--we are completely overhauling our entire digital experience for members
-Serves as a subject matter expert and champion of user-centered design to improve the user experience of all digital properties (.org, account origination, online and mobile banking, marketing microsites, etc.).
-Provides architectural deliverables, such as user task/journey flows, wireframes, comps, prototypes, publishable interfaces, etc. in Figma, experience/understanding of opportunities & constraints with Salesforce is a HUGE plus
-Drives UX-related business requirements in collaboration with business analysts, content strategists, and digital analysts.
-Plans and conducts usability tests and contextual inquiries with users/ members. Provides guidance and solution options based on user feedback.
-Informs the departmental management s vision and decision-making towards the ongoing, continuous evolution of our digital properties to achieve set corporate objectives.
-Captures and translates the management s vision into concrete UX deliverables.
-Maintains the design system and UX standards in close collaboration with the other designers, partnering with developers where necessary
-Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization s Values.
-Comfortable working as an independent contributor--working most closely with 1-2 business units & their stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, tracking metrics & how to improve the digital experience of the LOB they serve
