- Analyze business and data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the development of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor key business metrics and performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend data-driven improvements for operational efficiency.
- Perform data validation and analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
