Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Onsite - Juno Beach, FL (5 days a week)

Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a project management mindset to lead and support complex initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction and leadership on large-scale or multiple medium to small, complex projects.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and manage Jira boards, workflows, and reporting to support project tracking and transparency.
  • Analyze project dependencies on a Year-over-Year (YOY) and Quarter-over-Quarter (QTQ) basis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Drive projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a strong focus on documentation and process improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend changes for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
  • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PMO environment as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies and a project manager mindset.
  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of overall professional experience in business analysis and/or project management.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience working in energy, utilities, or a similarly regulated industry is a plus.
