Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
Connect to data sources, import data, and transform it using Power Query and DAX.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
Optimize and tune dashboards for performance and scalability.
Maintain and support existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Implement row-level security and data governance standards.
Create and maintain documentation related to BI solutions and processes.
Stay updated on Power BI updates and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of experience with Power BI development.
Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M Language).
Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory).
Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
